The care worker was calm, kind and thoughtful with the Service user, she spoke to her with genuine compassion and care.
The Care worker provided me with all of the information she could to help with my assessment, but when she did not know, she passed me on to a Senior staff member which was incredibly helpful (it can be a real challenge when people are supported by different members of staff and even less helpful if people guess at information!!) so I really appreciate her honesty.
